This is the model form set out in Annex I(B) of Directive 2011/83/EU. Complete and return it only if you wish to withdraw from the contract. Print it, or copy the text into an email - both are equally valid.

What happens when we receive it
We confirm receipt without delay, and we refund everything you have paid within 14 days of being told, using the same means of payment you used.
If you had asked us to begin work inside the cancellation period, you pay a proportionate amount for what was done up to the moment you told us - and if the service had already been fully performed at your express request, the right to cancel no longer applies. Both of those are explained in section 5 of the terms, and we will have told you in writing when the second one was reached.
