What we do
NodeOps Security OÜ provides IT security and infrastructure services. The household services described on this site are sold to consumers; the same company also works with businesses, under separate terms, on its business site.
We are not a law firm, not an insurer, and not the police. Where something needs one of those, we say so rather than improvising.
Complaints and disputes
If something we did was not good enough, write to info@nodeops-sec.com and say so. We answer complaints ourselves, in writing, and we would rather fix it than argue about it. Where that does not settle it, the routes open to you as a consumer are set out in our terms.
Reporting a security problem
If you believe you have found a security problem in this website, email info@nodeops-sec.tech. We will acknowledge it, keep you informed, and we will not pursue anyone who reports in good faith.
If you need to send us something sensitive, our OpenPGP keys are published on the business site’s contact page.
