1. Who operates this site

This website is operated by NodeOps Security OÜ, a private limited company registered in Estonia (“NodeOps Security”, “we”, “us”). Full company details are on our legal notice. By accessing this website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

2. Information only

The content of this website is general information about our services. It is not technical, security, legal or financial advice, it is not an offer capable of acceptance, and it must not be relied upon as a substitute for a professional assessment of your own environment. No client relationship is created by reading this site or by sending us an enquiry.

3. Services are governed by a separate agreement

Any services we provide are governed exclusively by the written engagement agreement signed between NodeOps Security OÜ and the client, including its scope, deliverables, access arrangements, fees and liability provisions. Nothing on this website varies, supplements or overrides such an agreement. Where this website and an engagement agreement conflict, the agreement prevails.

4. Business clients

Our services are offered to businesses and other organisations (B2B). They are not directed at consumers, and consumer protection provisions applicable to distance selling to consumers do not apply.

5. Intellectual property

All content on this website - text, layout, source code, artwork, diagrams, icons and the NodeOps Security name and emblem - is original work created for NodeOps Security OÜ and remains our property or that of our licensors. No stock photography or third-party imagery is used anywhere on this site.

You may view the site and print or download extracts for your own internal business evaluation. You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, or use any part of this site for commercial purposes, or present our materials as your own, without our prior written consent.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the site in any way that breaches applicable law;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its server or any connected system;
• introduce malicious code, or knowingly transmit any material designed to cause harm;
• conduct load, stress or penetration testing against this site without our prior written permission;
• scrape, harvest or systematically extract content, including for the purpose of training machine learning models, without our written consent.

Good-faith security research is welcome and is covered by the reporting process in our legal notice. Please contact us before testing.

7. Availability

We aim to keep this website available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend, withdraw or change any part of it without notice, and we are not liable if it is unavailable for any period.

Where we link to third-party websites, those links are provided for convenience only. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NodeOps Security OÜ excludes liability for any loss or damage arising from use of, or reliance on, this website, including indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of business or loss of data. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that may not lawfully be excluded.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the law of the Republic of Estonia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts of Estonia have exclusive jurisdiction, save that we retain the right to bring proceedings in the jurisdiction of a client’s registered seat where required to enforce our rights.

We may revise these terms at any time. The version published here at the moment you access the site is the one that applies. Please check back periodically.
