Professional status
NodeOps Security OÜ provides IT consultancy and advisory services. We are not an accredited certification body, we are not a law firm, and nothing on this website constitutes legal advice. Where an engagement touches on legal or regulatory obligations, we work alongside your own legal advisers rather than replacing them.
Dispute resolution
This site and the services described on it are sold to businesses, so contracts made through it are business to business and consumer dispute resolution does not apply to them.
The same company does sell to consumers, on its Home & Family site, and there it does apply. The routes open to a consumer are set out in the terms published there.
Reporting a security issue
If you believe you have found a security vulnerability in this website or in any system we operate, please email info@nodeops-sec.tech with the details. We will acknowledge your report, keep you updated, and we will not pursue action against researchers who act in good faith, avoid privacy violations and service disruption, and give us reasonable time to respond before disclosure.
Please encrypt any report that carries proof-of-concept detail, logs or anything else you would not want intercepted. Our OpenPGP keys, and the fingerprints to verify them against, are on the contact page.
